2000AD approved petition for a DREDD sequel pulls in big numbers.

Dredd – the recent film featuring Karl Urban as Judge Dredd, the stoic lawman of Mega City One, based on one of the most iconic characters in British comics gathered praise from fans and critics alike but for reasons unknown failed to pull in big numbers at the box office ixnaying the idea of a sequel.

However the ‘Make a DREDD Sequel’ petition which is officially endorsed by 2000AD/Rebellion continues to pull in more and more signatures by the hour proving that plenty of people want to see Karl Urban back on the streets of the Big Meg.

Urban himself is wanting it too and is overwhelmed by the fan response the film has received as this interview reveals:
