You can’t see me, but I am doing a little happy dance, because it actually looks amazing! Maybe DC can’t really cut it on the big screen, but it looks like the small screen future is bright for them, at least given the popularity of the already established Arrow.
Ben McKenzie, best known for The OC and Southland, will take on the role of the young Jim Gordon in the promised origin story that will air on FOX, hopefully soon. While no release date for the prequel of the well known story of Bruce Wayne has been set, the trailer, which features characters such as The Riddler, Poison Ivy and Catwoman, in their younger years, shows us enough to make us want more. My only fear? It’ll air on FOX and they don’t have the best track record when it comes to keeping a show alive. They do have an awesome one when it comes to cancelling things, though.
