This year, rather than attending E3, Electronic Arts (EA) decided to jump the gun, holding a simultaneous event in LA and London, to tease and taunt us with what we'll be buying from them over the next year or so.
And so, the cat is out of the bag. the new Battlefield game is Battlefield 1 - Set in World War 1! Biplanes, Triplanes, Tanks and artillery. Trench Warfare, Battleships, and horseback charges in the desert! Can you wait?
Not being Star Wars fan (ducks for cover) this game kind of slipped under the radar but holy shit the beta was awesome. The feel of the maps, the graphics… I am in awe. Let’s start this article with a statement shall we? I don’t have any strong feelings for Star Wars one way or the other, […]
This game is unique for one part alone; the combination of Real Time Strategy and First Person Shooter and being able to play both. Thats right, two game styles in one, which adds a new dimension to the game.

The world’s gaming press and major developers and publishers have all descended on the Los Angeles Convention Center again to deliver four days of enticing footage and non-stop marketing spiel. E3 Day Zero is like Christmas Day in the […]
The Eurogamer Expo for me has become an annual pilgrimage to London to properly geek out in a gaming sense. I don’t get to do that very often, whereas for my inner movie geek I can do that at the cinema, for my comic geek I can spend a day in Forbidden Planet. Having kids, […]
