After a small teaser released a month ago, Insurgent, the second instalment of the Divergent trilogy, based on Veronica Roth’s bestselling books, finally came out with a proper trailer.
With the first movie receiving mixed reviews and a mostly lukewarm reception from fans, Insurgent has quite a lot to overcome. Theo James and Shailene Woodley reprise their roles as Four/Tobias and Tris Prior, our heroes that must face the villainous Janine portrayed by Kate Winslet. Jai Courtney, Miles Teller and Ansel Elgort are also part of the cast, playing the less than noble Erik, Peter and Caleb Prior, respectively. Directed by Robert Schwentke the movie is due to be released in March, 2015.
Hopefully it will be as action packed as advertised and won’t suffer from the same problems the first movie had when it came to its pacing.
