Sony have released another trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
This one is definitely packed with more action particulary between Electro and Spidey, you could say it’s…electrifying. Sorry. I also like the further glimpse into the back story about Peter’s dad looks like this is going to be the big reveal. The couple of gags featured did make me giggle, I’m just hoping they aren’t the funniest bits in the whole film, as tends to be the case with trailers. With Harry Osborn, Norman Osborn, Green Goblin and the Rhino also making an appearance it’s difficult to figure out how they are going to fit so much in – it’s not an impossible task, just one that isn’t always easy to get right.
I hold my hands up and admit I totally enjoyed The Amazing Spider-Man, I love Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker and I was comic book nerd satisfied with how Spider-Man the character was presented. Yep, those classic Spidey poses were all there and that made me squee. I’m easily pleased when it comes to Superhero movies – except Green Lantern, X-Men 3….ok may be not ‘easily’ pleased but I certainly root for these films to do well. Let’s hope Amazing Spider-Man can be jam packed, true-ish to the comics and good all at the same time.
