Trailer for Mad Max Fury Road will Blow Your Mind

The first trailer for Mad Max Fury Road, the long awaited fourth film in the Mad Max series, which is a prequel or reboot depending who  you believe, just appeared and if it doesn’t get your motor running then you must be dead.

There’s trailers and then there’s this trailer which frankly makes pretty much every other trailer seen recently seem half arsed, dull and boring by comparison. One of the most immediate things is despite an over abundance of CG in modern films Fury Road looks like it’s come through a time tunnel from the 70’s, aside from some polish and embellishments everything here is practical where it matters and boy does it make a difference, also can everyone take a moment to appreciate just how much of a badass Charlize Theron looks.

This new Mad Max is once again directed ( and co-written) by George Miller, the man behind the original trilogy and features Tom Hardy taking on the role that a young Mel Gibson became synonymous with, alongside Charlize Theron as Imperator Furiosa and Nicholas Hoult as Nux. Plot details are sketchy but the trailer implies that Max starts off a captive before meeting Nux, Furiosa and her girls and they find themselves on the road trip from Hell as they race across a sun baked post apocalyptic desert.
