Hail to the king, baby! Bruce Campbell’s Ash has made his debut on the small screen in a full trailer released at Comic Con. From the cult classic Evil Dead series comes a show about the one-armed chainsaw master fighting the Deadite menace.
The trailer shows that Ash has somehow survived for a decade or so since the events of Army of Darkness, where he returned from the medieval ages to his job at what is basically Walmart. (Shop Smart: Shop S-mart seems to have gone by the wayside, sadly). But the aging Ash will not be allowed to go to his pudgy middle age with the Deadites still free and out for blood.
I think, after seeing that trailer, all I can say is… ‘groovy’!
