Seeing the recent Geek Pride post put up by our own Katie Fairfield I thought I should weigh in with my find online. It may be a little easier than Geekigami but the results are still the same, very fun indeed. The original templates which spawned the idea are from Chris Beaumont, however many other guest artists have sprung up on the site.Â
All you need to do is, DOWNLOAD -> PRINT -> CUT -> FOLD and you too could have your own Big Daddy, Grr or Companion Cube.Â
The list of popular culture or in my eyes geek-culture figures you could have is seemingly endless, be you a fan of Metal Gear Solid, The Watchmen or even Adventure Time you’ll find something here you may want to make.Â
And for the mere price of a sheet of A4 paper and ink, it’s a much cheaper way of showing your appreciation and love for your favourite series, films or computer games. Especially if you, like me, can only but dream of having enough money to spend on this.
