Imagine a comicbook world with infinite universes, where each superhero and villain has an alternate version of themselves in each one. This is the concept behind Infinite Crisis – a new DC game and competitor to Marvel‘s team-based Diablo-esque game.
Yes – this is Turbine‘s Infinite Crisis… a new MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) game loosely-based on the much-loved comics of the same name.
You’ll get the chance to fight with DC classics like The Flash, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Zatanna and more, but also the other-world variants too… which include Nightmare Batman (pictured below), Gaslight Catwoman and Gaslight Joker (also below).
You can be sure that with Turbine’s experience developing Lord of the Rings Online and Dungeons & Dragons Online that this will be a polished and kick-ass game… unfortunately I doubt that my pile-of-crap PC will run the game.
