Geek Pride have recently learned through our friends at the 99th Garrison, of the loss of Richard Le Parmentier, who sadly died last night.
Richard, a seasoned actor and convention regular, had parts in classic films such as: Who Framed Rodger Rabbit, Octopussy and Rollerball , but will be best known for one of the most iconic scenes in popular movie culture.. the Darth Vader, Force choke.
This station is now the ultimate power in the universe!
He only had a small part as Admiral Motte, but one that is easily up there as one of the best scenes in scifi; intrinsic to understand the psyche of the over confident Emprire.
